“Setting goals is a personal habit i’ve adapted since I started to work on my own and I feel like that is the only way i achieve my personal goals and work goals.”
So I've set goals for all of you and every week we go over what you’ve accomplished towards those goals (during 30-minute one-on-ones.) I encourage you to create some personal goals you would like to accomplish by the end of this internship.
